What is this site

The CGcord Flight Log is site which tracks the flights of members of the CGcord community, run by @pinea. on Discord. It displays flight history data which has been voluntarily contributed by members of the CGcord community.

What data is stored

The site stores and displays the following information for each user:

• Discord username (or a chosen alias)
• Flight history records, including routes, airports, airlines, and aircraft
• Derived statistics such as countries visited and flight counts

No information such as passwords, email addresses, or payment information are collected or stored.

How your data was collected

All data on this site was submitted to @pinea. directly and voluntarily by each user.

Data is not knowingly collected for children under 16 years of age. Please do not submit your data if you are under the age of 16. If you believe that a child under 16 years of age may have provided personal data to the site, please contact @pinea. on Discord.

How your data is used

Your data is used solely to display your flight statistics and routes on this site. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling purposes.

Who can see your data

Flight data is visible to anyone who accesses this site. If you would prefer your data to be displayed under a pseudonym or hidden entirely, privacy modes are available: contact @pinea. on Discord to request a change.

Third-party services

This site loads resources from third-party CDNs (jsDelivr, unpkg) for map rendering and charting. These services may log your IP address when assets are loaded. The site is hosted on Railway, whose servers process and store all site data. Please refer to these third-parties' respective privacy policies for details.

Your rights

Some of the data held by this site could be considered sensitive. Therefore, your data is processed under the UK GDPR, DPA 2018, and EU GDPR (where applicable).

Users accessing this site from outside the UK or EU should be aware that their local data protection laws may also apply.

Therefore, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the data held about you
• Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: request that your data be deleted from the site
• Restriction: request for your data to be displayed differently (e.g. alias or hidden mode)

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you remain a CGcord community member or until you request its removal. If you request deletion, your data will be removed from the site within a reasonable timeframe.
